The health and well being of our customers, staff and community is paramount. We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment and keeping up to date with COVID-19 protocols.

Food Safe and COVID-19 Health Measures:
• All employees are required to read, agree and sign our COVID-19 safety plan.
• Employees will perform a daily safety check upon shift commencement.
• Employees are required to wear a facial covering during the duration of their shift.
• Employees will be reminded and monitored for general hygiene including hand washing, face touching and being cognizant of areas of cross contamination (door handles, switches, POS, etc).  Employees will use either tongs, single use gloves or a combination of the two to interact with customer needs.
• We have a copy of our safety plan clearly displayed at the entrance and is also available online at galileocoffee.com
• Upon entry, customers and staff will have access to hand sanitizer, wipes and single use plastic gloves.
• Limit of 5 people in the cafe space (2-3 employees and 2 customers)
• High traffic surfaces will be sanitized thoroughly between each use.
• We have installed food safe dividers at the POS.
• We are only offering take out service. No seating at this time. We are requiring our customers to wear a mask, practice 2m social distancing and proper order/pick-up etiquette.

• Customers can easily view our menu on the wall with no need to use a mobile device nor physical menu.
